How Employers review your Resume?

The job seeker always thinks while submitting his resume that the employer will spend maximum time to study his resume and will definitely invite him for the interview. But sometimes the employer or recruiter in the recruitment agency just spend half of a minute to scan the resumes for the enlisted jobs and then sends you a response by giving you a statement that, “we will let you know afterward!” Why is this so?

One of the satisfactory answers could be guessed about above mentioned question that every CV is 60% to 70% almost the same as the job announced have the information about the educational criteria. So it is an obvious thought that most of the applicants will be attaining the required education. The things to be studied in each resume are the duration of the practical experience, expertise, strengths and weaknesses. These are the points that could differentiate each resume from the other.

Consider an example that the recruitment agency is looking for an expert in Microsoft Office Toolkit. Then obliviously it will take some seconds to directly search under the headings of education, courses and experience. For details and according to the requirement of the employer; the recruiter might look at the type of operating systems and working environment in which you worked with MS Office.

Sometimes, a personal statement or objective to apply for the post is enough for the recruiter to know about the applicant’s aims and ambitions. So, never think that if the recruiter is spending some seconds on your resume then he might not looking at your strengths, actually what he is looking for are his requirements. If you have the required capabilities then you will be invited for the interview. The only thing you have to do is to spend time in creating your CV in a good representative form and good enough to hold the attention of the recruitment agency and the employer company.
